All products are guaranteed to be as described and functional unless the item description states "as-is". Any item sold "as-is" will be noted and will not be eligible for return or refund. Please read the item description carefully to determine item condition.
Most all of our items are brand new, never used and in the original manufacturer packaging.
All products carry a 30 day defective merchandise guarantee. Shortages and/or defective items must be reported by email or fax to our Customer Service Department within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Returns for refund are only accepted within 30 days of purchase - no exceptions.
Defective items must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging, with all tags intact in order to receive a refund. Shipping is non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective merchandise returned. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any merchandise intentionally misused or intentionally damaged, or on products not returned in the condition they were in when purchased.
Due to state and federal law, some items cannot be returned, i.e., swim sutis, lingerie, undergarments, etc.
