Frequently Asked Questions:

1.  Do you drop-ship? 

Yes, we will gladly drop-ship for you.  Any product for sale on our website is eligible to be drop-shipped to any state in the US.

2.  What do you charge to drop-ship?

There is never a charge and never a sign-up fee for our drop-shipping service.  We do not charge a handling fee or any per order drop-ship fee.  Become a frequent drop ship customer and wi'll offer you a bigger discount on our already low, low prices!.  Our service is completely free to you, our customer.  Try to find those terms anywhere else on the web!

3.  What does it cost to join your program?

We do not require you to join any program or become a member of any organization.  We have no program to join.  Anyone can drop-ship for free by simply placing an order for merchandise.

4.  How do I start drop-shipping with you?

All you do is simply place an order.  During the check-out process, there is a place for your billing information, which is seperate from your ship-to information.  Enter your name and address in the billing information section and enter your customer's shipping information in the ship-to area.  We'll take care of the rest!

5.  Do you include an invoice with shipment?

No, we do not include an invoice.  You will receive an electronic invoice at the end of your purchase and another via email.  Your customer will never know what you paid for the merchandise.  We use a generic return mailing address that does not identify us to your customer.

6.  What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

7.  Where will you drop-ship to?

At the moment we ship to all 50 states.  Please note that on some of the larger furniture and garden items shipping may only be to the continental US.  The item description will note any limits in shipping due to weight.

8.  Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

9.  How can I get a shipping quote for an item before I put it on ebay or another web venue?  I need to know how much shipping to charge my customer.

We have two warehouses in the Midwest and another warehouse on the West Coast.  Once inside our store, place an item in your shopping cart, then look to the right hand side of the screen.  You will see an option to enter a zip code and get a shipping quote.  At this time, we offer free shipping on our jewlery items and hope to continue to do so.  Most of the items we offer for sale ship UPS.  The more items you buy at one time, the cheaper the shipping.

10.  Can I make sure you'll have something in stock before I list it on ebay?

This is an important question.  The answer is no.  We are continually moving our inventory so there is no guarantee what is in stock today will still be available tomorrow.  Please check the quantity available on the item you are interested in selling.  Items with many in stock and available are the best items to try and drop-ship.  Of course, with free shipping on jewelry you can order all of the jewlery items you are interested in and have them sent directly to you and you will then have them on hand to re-ship to your customer.  If you would like an estimate on whether we think we will still have the item in stock, please email and we'll give you our best guess.  We can also tell you if we anticipate re-stocking the item.

11.  Are there items that you always have in stock?

Yes.  We have many items in stock and even when we sell out we return them to stock.  Please email if you have a question about a particular item.

12.  How long after I place an order do you ship the merchandise?

Our system will tell you to expect your order to be shipped in 5 working days.  However, we normally ship between 2 and 4 working days.  For example, most orders placed over a weekend will be out the door and on their way by Tuesday.

13.  How do I get a tracking number for my order?

Our computer system will automatically send you tracking numbers via email once the order is completed and shipped.

Please be aware that we often ship delicate jewelry items seperately from heavier items.  Jewlery will ship via USPS First Class Mail and the heavier items ship via UPS.  Tracking numbers and shipping dates will be furnished for each shipment.

14.  Do you offer any discounts for drop-shippers?

For drop-shippers who have completed more than 50 orders, we do offer additional discounts.  Once you have drop-shipped more than 50 orders with us, please email us for details.
